Outstanding customer service and delicious food!!! I called in a very large to go order this morning for lunch and there was NOT ONE MISTAKE on the orders. 14 types of lunch entrees with multiples of each. 10 different desserts ordered. Food was delicious, hot, ready at the pickup time requested. The portions were large, fresh and not over cooked or dry. Desserts were super. I cannot express enough at what a pleasant surprise it was to place a large order, have it ready on time, without mistakes or attitude. The staff was the epitome of what service should be!!!!! We will be returning for dinner and Happy Hour. Thank you to the staff & owners of New Sheffield Inn superb food & service.

These were amazing just like they were in the late 80's. We were definitely pleased and glad we tried it again. We tried it a few years ago and were disappointed but with the move the food went back to the quality I had become accustomed to. Thank you and we hope to keep enjoying your restaurant for years to come. So glad you have moved closer to us.

Breakfast Sandwich review by Esther
Hello - My husband & I were there for breakfast yesterday. A server by the name of Steve waited on us. He was very professional. I noticed he did small things like acknowledging customers as they came in & left the restaurant, if the kitchen was busy he related that to your customer so they weren't wandering where their food was, kept the coffee coming, was team oriented which is a big plus in the hospitality field & always has smile on his face. Good employees are hard to find. To show your appreciation, consider giving him something special, Maybe a Bonus - a little extra $$ or maybe an extra couple days of vacation. This would give your staff incentive to pick up their pace & show them how a great owner appreciates them in small ways. Continued Success & we will be back!!!

My wife and I stopped in last Saturday and had a wonderful breakfast. My wife did a make your own omelet and was just so excited of what she could have in her omelet. I had the chef's special. It was amazing. Look forward to goig back. Jay

If you need a bar snack, this is it. Huge portion with great beer cheese dipping sauce. Definitely a sharable.
